TCGH sits at 506 C-6 Road (Circumferential Road 6), Barangay Hagonoy, in the southern, still-developing edge of Taguig. It’s a public general hospital owned and run by the city government — the second LGU-owned hospital in Taguig after the older Taguig–Pateros District Hospital on East Service Road in Western Bicutan. Its stated mandate is admitting and treating bona fide Taguig residents, i.e. locals, not just anyone who walks in.
The building is four storeys, about 19,000 square meters of floor area, designed by Archion Architects — white facade, horizontal louver fins, a red-and-teal cross emblem, and the hospital’s name on a banner across the roofline. It reads much more like a mid-size private hospital than the usual barangay-level public facility. Construction has been done in phases through the DPWH; one published phase alone (Phase 14) carried a contract budget of roughly ₱365.5 million over 300 days.
